What is the Procedure to apply and Fee Structure for IPS Exam?????
IPS stands for Indian Police service. Union public service commission (UPSC) conducts the IPS Exam every year.
Well if you want tot apply for IPS Exam then you must meet following requirements Eligibility:
-You should hold graduate degree in any discipline of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India
-You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of filling the Civil Services Exam form and not more than 30 years of age.
Age Limit:
21-30 for General category
33 for OBC
35 for SC/ST IPS Special Physical Requirements:
Min Chest girth fully expanded:
84 cm for Men and
79 cm for Women.
Expansion of 5 cm for Men and Women
Minimum height of
165 cm for Men and
150 cm for Women
Total amount of Myopia (including the cylinder) should not exceed minus 4.00 D Total amount of Hypermetropia (including the cylinder) should not exceed plus 4.00 D IPS Exam Dates:
CIVIL SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAM, 2014
Date of Notification: – 17 May 2014
End date for Receipt of Applications: – 16 June 2014 (Monday)
Date of Commencement of Exam: – 24 August 2014 (Sunday)
IPS Registration / Application Form and Fee detail
-You can go with either online mode or offline mode.
-If candidate is interested in the former mode, then he/she has to download the application form from the official website.
-Online application includes two stages i.e. a) registration 1 b) registration 2.
-Post submission of personal details, students will be asked to print the SBI bank challan on A4 size paper.
-The printed pay slip is needed to proceed further by candidate in order to get the bank’s seal against Rs.50.
-In offline mode, Students can get the application form any of the specified post offices through the country.
-The cost of the application form in offline mode is Rs.30.
-Next, students have to fill the form, complete and send it to the mentioned address before the last date. How to Apply:

You need to apply for Civil services exam. Registration Process:
Registration process steps will be given below. Part I- Registration:
-Fill all the mandatory fields regarding your Qualification, Age, and Address, Nationality, Marital status, Valid Email Id and phone number.
-After that submission of form, you get a registration number. Part II- Registration:
-Log in Again with your registration number with date of Birth.
-Pay the application fees via challan or online payment (Debit/Credit card or Net Banking)
-Paid fees via challan then enter your transaction details respectively.
-Take printout of online application form for future reference.
