Here I am giving you information about admission in BSC physics course offered by Chennai mathematical institutes in a PDF file with it ..

B.Sc. (Honours) Programmes
(Mathematics and Computer Science, Physics)

For admission you have to pass 12th standard (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board are eligible for admission to the programme.
Admission is through an entrance examination to be conducted at centers
throughout the country.

Students with exceptionally good performance in National Science Olympiads may be exempted from writing the entrance examination at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.

Cut off marks for admission will be display within one month after completing entrance examination…

Chennai Mathematical Institute is a centre of excellence for teaching and research in the mathematical sciences. It was founded in 1989 as part of the SPIC Science Foundation.

Admission eligibility

The Students who have already passed, or in the 12th standard (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board are eligible for admission to the programme.

Admission is through an entrance examination to be conducted at various centres.

Students with exceptionally good performance in National Science Olympiads may be exempted from writing the entrance examination.

Entrance exam

The exam covers topics like Mechanics, Thermal physics, Oscillations and Waves, Electricity and Magnetism, Optics and Modern Physics etc.

Program details

The B.Sc. (Honours) Programme in Mathematics and Computer Science is an integrated three-year course in Mathematics and Computer Science.
