Can you give me information about required eligibility for deck cadet to Join Merchant Navy?

Hi,I finished 12th 4th sem exam & i want to go merchantnavy so please give me list of engeneering line which belong with merchant navy

Deck cadet –
You have to pass a diploma in Nautical Science.
The minimum education qualification is 10+2 with P.C.M (Physics, Chemistry and Math) as compulsory subjects and you must scored minimum 50% in aggregate and 50% in English at 12th level.

Age Limit : 16-25 Years

Medical Standards:
Candidates should be physically and Mentally strong, fit for sea-services under standard norms

Eye-Sight :
6/6 without glasses,
No color Blindness.

What is the Admission Procedure for Merchant Navy after 12th?????

The Merchant Navy entrance test is carried out for the admittance of aspirants into its engineering and navigational fields. The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is carried out mainly for assessing the aspirants’ understanding in mathematics, chemistry and physics.

Admission Procedure for Merchant Navy Entrance Exam

- Must have passed in class 12 to appear for the IIT JEE.
- They should also have learned mathematics and Chemistry in class 12.
- They should also have studies physics.
- A graduate degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science is needed for those aspirants who desire to join the engineering or navigation fields in the merchant navy.
- Aspirants who have finished their Bachelors degree in Technical, Mechanical or electrical engineering are eligible to join the Merchant Navy as Fifth Engineer or Engine Cadet.
