MBA Hr as major and Finance as minor is good option or not

Is the MBA HR as major and MBA finance as minor is a good option in my MBA specialization selection or not??

Yes, You can get admission in MBA with Human Resource Management as a Major Subject and Finance Management as a Minor Subject.. it will be a good option for better job opportunities in future ..

It is completely depends on your interest and ability to choose specialization during MBA course ..

The Eligibility Criteria for MBA is :
You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent in any discipline from a well recognized Indian University

For admission you have to pass an entrance examination organized by college administration with good marks … such as :
CAT
MAT
MH CET
TANCET
GMAT etc..

Finance is providing more employment opportunities when compare to HR Specialization because in HR there will be very less vacancies for getting opportunities. But in finance number of employment opportunities are available.

According to me both are best specializations, but if you want to survive in that specialization then you should be having some skills then only you will survive in that filed, otherwise you will be having less chances.

For finance, you must be having good accounting knowledge and finance basics knowledge then only you can get opportunities in financial sector.

For Human Resource management, you must be having excellent communication skills, Management skills, problem solving skills.

For HR opportunities, you must be a good leader then only you can control and maintain all the employees in the organization.

Based on your skills and interest you can choose specialization. But it should be opt to you, be careful while selecting specialization.
