I am planning to give the ICAR JRF Exam and for this I want to know the details about this exam. Will you please tell me what is the pattern of this exam and also provide me some ICAR JRF Exam Previous Year Papers so that I can prepare well for the exams?

ICAR’s JRF is an All India basis examination for admission to Master Degree Programmes in different State Agricultural Universities, Central Universities and Deemed Universities conducted by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi.

Exam Pattern:
Total question paper : One
Major subject-groups: 20

Question Pattern: 75% Questions from Major Subject Group + 25% Questions from General Agriculture

Question type: From Q.(1) to Q.(150) will be Multiple Choice type questions (MCQs) with four answer choice and from Q.(151) to Q.(160) will be Cross-Matching type questions (CMQs).

Total Questions: 160 (150 MCQs + 60 CMQs)
Maximum marks: 650 for each major subject-group paper.
