You must go for Physics as you have so many interests on the subject.
After 12th you can take admission in general B.Sc in Physics then complete your M.Sc in Physics.

I have passed class 12th with Science stream. I got 87 marks in Physics. So I am thinking to make career in Physics. So tell me what are career options after class 12th with Science (Physics)?

There are many options after class 12th.

As you have passed class 12th with Science and got 87 marks in Physics. So you should go for further study.

Automobile Engineering
Building Engg. & Construction Technology (Architecture)
Computer Science & Engineering
Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Production & Industrial Engineering
Applied Electronics & Instrumentation
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Electronics & Telecomm Engineering

If you want to do job after 12th, so you must apply for Indian Air Force.

The Indian Air Force recruits candidates who have completed class 12th with Science Stream with good marks.

You can get entry in Flying Branch of IAF.

Requirements to join IAF after Class 12th
Age - 16 ½ to 19 years(at the time of commencement of course)

Nationality – Indian

Gender - Men only

Educational Qualifications - 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Appearing final year students can also eligible to apply.

Advertisement Schedule - May and December.

A physicist may work in many fields such as a researcher or in aeronautics and may other fields. One may opt any of the career option as given below:
1. Industrial physicist
2. aerospace physicist
3. Physicist in communication industry
4. Physicist in petroleum industry
5. May work as statistical engineer
6. Geophysicists and study meteorology, hydrology, oceanography, seismology, radioactivity, magnetism etc
7. Emerging areas of study for physicists are cryogenics, crystallography, and plasma physics
8. experimental physicist
9. design Astrophysicists equipment for astronomical study and interpret the research
10. Biophysicist
