Default Re: How to prepare for GRE?

Graduate Record Exam, commonly known as the GRE. It is most commonly taken as a computer-adaptive test, meaning there's no need for a No. 2 pencil and those all-too-familiar bubble sheets.

It is broken down into three primary components: verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and analytical writing. Following are some good tips which will help you in cracking the examination:

Go back to high school, means you need to clear your all basics

Sleep with your dictionary, means your vocabulary should be very strong

Take a GRE prep course (if you can afford it)

Take a practice test!

Don't like your score? Take it again

Take a tough English course

Decide when you want to take the test

Understand the test format and acquaint yourself to the different test patterns and sections.

Start out by practicing a couple of tests without timing yourself

Note the sections you spend the most time for and start working to improve on them.

Invest in a GRE study book and use it

Set aside some time every day for the preparation
