i have completed my msc from EIILM . NOW I NEED THE MIGRATION CERTIFICATE. HOW I CAN GET IT. TELL ME THE PROCEDURE AND WHERE I HAVE TO CONTACT. MY STUDY CENTRE OWNER DID NOT HELP ME. HE DEMAND RS5000. WHICH IS ILLEGAL. SO PLS HELP ME SOMEONE.
