Specialization to choose in M.Tech

I have completed B.Tech and now I want to opt for M.Tech but I am confused of the specialization which to choose so can you please this confusion of mine for me?

Now after this the main thing which comes and plays a huge role in oyur selection is the interest of yours

In the present scenario Power Electronics is the best.But,its always better that you a choose a course of your interest which will help you better.Go through GATE and score well so that you get placed in a good college.
