KIIT School of Law runs under the guidance of Prof. N. L. Mitra, who is the former Director, National Law School of India University, Bangalore and who is also the Chairman of the National Advisory Committee of the KIIT School of Law.

KIIT School of Law is one of the first law schools in the country that is to offer three honors degree courses namely B.A.LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B, and B.Sc. LL.B.
