As you are looking to get the job of teacher so here are some of the qualifications as per the National Council Of Teacher Education-

Primary

The candidate must be a Senior Secondary School certificate or Intermediate certificate holder
And the candidate must have the Diploma or certificate in basic teachers’ training of duration of not less than two years.

OR

Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

Upper Primary (Middle school section)-

The candidate must be a Senior Secondary School certificate holder or Intermediate or its equivalent passed.

The candidate must have the Diploma or certificate in elementary teachers training of duration of not less than two years.
OR

Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

OR

Graduate with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or its equivalent.

Secondary/High School.

Graduate with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or its equivalent.

OR
Four years’ integrated B.Sc., B.Ed. or an equivalent course.

Senior Secondary/PUC/Intermediate.

Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or its equivalent.

OR
Two years’ integrated M.Sc.Ed. course or an equivalent course.
