Can a diploma holder join Delhi college of engineering for admission in b.tech Delhi College of Engineering is affiliated to Delhi Technological University . Yes diploma holders can get admission in Delhi College of Engineering in second year as B.TECH lateral entry . Entry Qualification: The candidates seeking admission to B. Tech. admission lateral entry Programmes, must have passed a State Diploma Examination of three years duration in any branch recognized equivalent there to by the Delhi Technological University. The candidates must obtained a minimum aggregate (aggregate of all six semesters / three years) of 60% (50% for SC/ST, PwD and 55% for OBC candidate). • Duration: The duration of Degree programme is 3 years as the candidate will be admitted directly in second year of the regular B.Tech. Program. Delhi Technological University Formerly known as the Delhi College of Engineering offer admission in B tech course … Yes you can get admission in B tech course after passing diploma course in engineering stream as lateral entry in B tech Entry Qualification: The candidates seeking admission to B. Tech. admission lateral entry Programmes, must have passed a State Diploma Examination of three years duration in any branch or any other examination, recognized equivalent there to by the Delhi Technological University with a minimum aggregate (aggregate of all six semesters / three years) of 60% (50% for SC/ST and 55% for OBC candidate). Note: “Passing the said examination” will be construed to imply the date of last examination (Annual or otherwise taken by the candidate leading to Complete Fulfillment of the requirements for the award of three years State Board Diploma.) • Duration: The duration of Degree programme is 3 years as the candidate will be admitted directly in second year of the regular B.Tech.
