Yes of course, are eligible to apply for the National Eligibility Test after MCA from distance education and M.Phil with 68% and 63% marks. The National Eligibility Test is conducted by UGC (University Grant Commission) twice time in year in the months of June and December. Yes you can apply for the National Eligibility test (NET). I will give you eligibility Criteria so that it will be clear to you. Eligibility: Candidate must have master degree with at least 55% marks form the UGC recognized Institute. Candidates who are in final year or waiting for the result are also eligible to apply. But He should show mark sheet at the time of interview. Candidates are advised to appear in the subjects of their post graduation only. Age Criteria: Junior Research Fellowship: Age not more than 28 years till the date of respective month. Assistant Professor: There is no upper age.
