Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad(JNTU) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts the EAMCET (Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test) examinations every year.

EAMCET Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:
-You should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December
-There is no upper age limit.

Other Eligibility
-Must be Indian Nationals or Persons of India Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders.
-You should be from the state of Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy the Local / Non-Local status – as per the requirements of the Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions order, 1974.
- You should have passed the 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology as the optional subjects.
-All the applicants should have attained a minimum of 45% in 10+2 and in the case of reserved category 40%
