Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi offers admission to management programmes through Openmat XXXIV & XXXV Entrance exam.
Admission to MBA Programmes of IGNOU is done through OPENMAT Entrance test, held twice a year. Programmes are offered in: Master of Business Administration (MBA) Diploma in Management (DIP) PG Diploma in Management (PGDM) PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) PG Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) PG Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM) PG Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM) Eligibility: You should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% (45% for SC/ST) of marks from a recognized university. Duration of MBA course Minimum Duration: 2.6 Years Maximum Duration: 8 Years OPENMAT Examination pattern: OPENMAT is a 3 hours exam containing 200 multiple choice questions from the following sections: 30 questions - General Awareness 50 questions - English Language 50 questions - Quantitative Aptitude 70 questions – Reasoning Important Dates: Last date for the receipt application form (XXXIV) is Aug 08, 2013. Eligibility Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks for general category/45% for reserved category. Course Fee Total number of courses in the program= 21 The fee per course= ₹ 1,500 The total program fee = ₹ 1,500 x 21 = ₹ 31,500 Fee Structure (Foreign Students) Students from SAARC Countries The fee per course for students from SAARC Countries is ₹ 3,000 Total Program Fee = ₹ 3,000 x 21 = ₹ 63,000 Students from other Countries Fee per course for students of other countries: USD $250 Total Program Fee = $350 x 21 = USD $ 7350 Course Duration The course takes minimum 2.5 years and maximum 8 years Good luck for next time
