As you want to get the application form and the eligibility criteria of Central Teacher Eligibility Test so here is the information of the same for you: I want to tell you that as on 5 April 2014 the dates of Central Teacher Eligibility Test have been passed so here for your reference I am giving you those dates and those dates can be taken as tentative for the year of 2015: Important Dates: DATE OF EXAMINATION PAPER TIMING DURATION 16.02.2014 PAPER - II 09.30 TO 12.00 HOURS 2.30 HOURS 16.02.2014 PAPER - I 14.00 TO 16.30 HOURS 2.30 HOURS Application Fees: CATEGORY Only Paper – I or II Both Paper – I & II General/OBC Rs.500/- Rs.800/- SC/ST/Differently Abled Person Rs.250/- Rs.400/- Eligibility Criteria: Some content of the file has been given here: Minimum Educational Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage): Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) Or Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts recruitment of Teachers for Classes I to VIII through Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
