Yes every CET has some outside quota, you can apply through this quota, you can also apply if you have the Gujarat sate domicile certificate or if you have passed any board exams and if you are studying in Gujrat from last 6 years.

Gujrat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is being conducted for Admissions to the various undergraduate engineering courses.

Eligibility:
The Candidate must pass Class XII or equivalent from the Gujarat State Board or an equivalent recognized board, with a minimum of 45% (SC/ST 40%)

Important dates:
Availability of Brochure with PIN from designated branches of Bank: Mid May to First week of June, 2014
Online Registration: May third Week to First Week of June, 2014
Submission of Online Registration form and necessary documents at Help Centers: May third Week to First Week of June, 2014
Seat Matrix Finalization: June Second Week, 2014
Provisional Merit List: June Second Week, 2014
Seat Allotment: Mid June, 2014

Here I am providing you the basic eligibility required for appear in the GUJCET. This is as follows:

Gujarat Common Entrance Test – GUJCET eligibility:

Education qualification:

The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Certificate Examination or equivalent examination under 10+2 pattern from any recognized Board.

The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with science stream, from any recognized Board.

The candidates, who have appeared in the final of the qualifying examination, are also eligible to apply.

Examination Pattern

GUJCET examination comprises of objective type questions with each question carries four options.
The questions in the test are asked from the subjects of:

Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
Biology
