Yes of course you are eligible for the LLB after completing 12th from NIOS, you can apply for the 5 year BA LLB Course, for this you have to appear in CLAT Entrance exams. After scoring good marks In CLAT Exams, you will get good Law Colleges. Following are some top colleges where you can apply:

I completed 12th from NIOS and want to do LLB degree searching for details. Will you tell can I join LLB after completing 12th from NIOS also tell which entrance exam I have to give?

NIOS stands for National Institute of Open Schooling. It is a central government recognized board for secondary and senior secondary examination.

So after completion of 12th with NIOS you will become eligible to apply for BA LLB Course.

B.A LLB course is five year duration course. The common eligibility to appear in examination such as CLAT is that candidate must have passed 12th in any stream from a recognised board.

About CLAT:

The common law admission test (CLAT 2020), is an all India common entrance examination. It is conducted on a rotation basis by 19 national law universities (NLUs) of India

Eligibility criteria for UG program:

Qualifying exam: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised university or board.

Marks in qualifying exam: A minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying degree is required to appear in CLAT 2020. SC and ST candidates need only 40% marks.

Age limit: There is no upper age limit.

Others: Such candidates who are appearing in qualifying exam in March/April 2020 may also apply, subject to such candidates producing evidence of passing the qualifying exam at time of admission.

Eligibility criteria for PG program:

Qualifying exam: The candidate must have passed LLB or equivalent exam from a recognised university.

Marks in qualifying exam: A minimum of 55% marks or its equivalent is required for candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories. SC/ST candidates are eligible for 5% relaxation in minimum marks.

Age limit: There is no upper age limit.

Others: Candidates appearing in qualifying exam in April/May 2020 may also apply.
