Central and State Government Jobs Age Limit

Can you tell me what is the age limit to apply for Central and State government jobs in India so that plan to opt of such job?

According to me for any Central and State government jobs the required eligibility or qualification is at least graduation and so a candidate must have attained the age of 21 (twenty-one) years and must not have attained the age of 30 (thirty) years for the job.
SC, ST or OBC are relax able up to 5 years.
