Sir, I passed M.Sc ( Maths) from Bapatla study center in 2009. Till now I did not apply for either provisional or original degree. I request you to give me the plan of action for getting original degree.

Hi,
If you have obtained a PDC from the college where you studied, you have to fill up the official BU form, pay the fees, take the receipt, get the form signed by your college principal, sealed and submit to the examination centre at BU. They'll do an endorsement on the PDC issued by the college with seal and signature of the Registrar
