The ISAT is an All India Admission Test conducted by Indian Institute of Space science and Technology for Admissions to the undergraduate programmes. This entrance test covers following topics: Syllabus:Mathematics Physics Chemistry Physics Properties of Matter, Thermodynamics, Optics and Waves, Electromagnetism, Mechanics and laboratory related questions Chemistry Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, environmental chemistry, biomolecules, chemistry in every day life and polymers. Mathematics Statistics and Probability, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Matrices and Determinants, Three Dimensional Geometry, Co-Ordinate Geometry, Integral Calculus, Limit, Continuity and Differentiability, Sets, Relations and Functions, Permutations and Combinations, Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations, Mathematical Induction, Binomial Theorem and its Simple Applications Preparation tips:To prepare for this test, you should study 11th and 12th standard syllabus. You can refer NCERT guide book for the purpose of preparation. You should study all the subjects thoroughly. There will be objective type questions from this.

Admission to the Undergraduate programs B. Tech. at IIST will be made through an All India Admission Test ISAT. ISAT is the entrance test conducted by the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST). Paper pattern:The question paper will consist only of objective type questions in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Correct answers will be awarded three marks each. Every incorrect answer will be awarded one negative mark.
