Both M.TECH & MBA are specialized degrees and have value in their respective fields.
The choice is entirely up to you.
MBA is primarily focusing upon the management skills needed to prepare for generalist roles in various non technical industries.

For students of the B.Tech they have primary choice between Master of business administration (MBA) and Master of technology (MTech). Both are good professional course in their perspective and offers static career.

Its depends on your interest. Logically you should go for the M.Tech. It will add your technical skills. While MBA offer you non technical industries.

For M.Tech Admission you have to clear Graduate aptitude Engineering Test (GATE) to grab good institutes while some of the institutes providing admission based on your previous academic performance.

For admission MBA you need to crack CAT, IIFT, MAT, XAT, JMET, SNAP, IBSAT etc. to grab good colleges. Some of institute also offers direct admission.
