It is totally depend on your interest.The MBA is an academic degree, typically requiring two years of study while CS is a professional designation requiring about one year of study and a professional examination.

Company secretary course:
It studies corporate law, accounting, finance, management, economics, and information technology.The company secretary position is limited primarily to India where there are legal requirements to have a person designated as secretary.

Scope after CS Course:
After completing CS course, you can try jobs in following firms given below:
Government Financial Institutions
Stock Exchanges
Airport Authority of India
Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML)
Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited
Accounts Branch of the Central Government Law Services
Bureau of Public Enterprises
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC)
State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited

MBA Course:
It studies marketing, production, statistics, strategy, policy and other business related courses. MBA emphasizes preparing students for management positions in any level of a business, up to CEO.
MBA programs require a bachelors degree prior to admission.

Scope After MBA:
After completing MBA, you have following job options in IT companies given below:
Business Analyst
ERP Consultant
Project Manager
HR Manager
Quality/Testing Manager

Unhappy mba or job after graduation??

hi, i need ur help guys

i am done with my graduation ie. BCA from IP university. and i am interested in doing MBA but i haven't filled any forms (CAT,MAT,SAP)this year. Is IP university is good option for MBA?

now my question is should i drop and prepare for MBA or i should go for a JOB along with entrance preparations for the next year ?
m really confused... help me out and give ur suggestions!!
