The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducts the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination.

No, after passing 10th Standard you can not apply for UPSC NDA exam.

Here is the detailed eligibility:

Age Limits
The Candidates born between 2 January 1995 and 1 July 1998 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

Army wing of NDA:
12th (10+2 pattern) or equivalent from a State Education Board / University

Air Force and Naval wing of NDA and (10+2) Cadet Entry Scheme at Naval Academy:
12th (10+2 pattern) or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics from a State Education Board / University

Selection Procedure
The Admission will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Written Exam and in the Intelligence and Personality test.

20 January 2014
Date of written Exam:
20 April 2014
