IES is Indian Engineering Services Exam for bright careers of engineering graduates in India. After clearing this exam candidates can join managerial & technical requirement of the Government of India. Selection of IES Officers is totally depending on merit basis and it is done by Union Government. Examination Scheme: First Stage: General Ability Test (GA) of 200 marks and 2 hours paper.
