As you want to get the application form for Civil Services Pre Examination conducted by UPSC, so here I want to inform you that you have to fill the application form through online on the official website of UPSC.

Here I want to tell you that UPSC will release the examination in the month of May.

Important Dates for CSP Exam
Date of Notification: 17 – 05 - 2014
Last Date to receive Receipt of applicant: 16 – 06 – 2014
Date of Exam: 24 – 08 – 2014

So when the notification will release, you will get the link for apply online for Civil Services Pre Examination on the official website of UPSC.

The Union Public Service Commission conducts the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination which is common for the candidates applying for Civil Services Examination and Indian Forest Service Examination.

Application form will be available in the month of May 2015 on the official website of UPSC.

Tentative Important Dates

Date of Notification: May, 2015
Last Date to Apply: June, 2015
Exam Date: August, 2015
Civil Services (Main): December, 2015

Eligibility

Nationality
Candidate should be a citizen of India.
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan
A Tibetan refugee who came over to India with the intention of permanently settling in India

Age Limit

Age must be between 21 years to 31 years

The upper age limit is relaxed upto a maximum of :

Category Age Relaxation (years)
SC / ST 5
OBC 3
Defense Services personnel 3
Domiciled in J&K during the period
01/01/1980 - 31/12/1989 5

CSAT (Prelims) Pattern

The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers of Objective type (multiple choice questions) and carry maximum of 400 marks. This exam is only a screening test; the marks obtained in the prelims are only for qualifying for main exam and are not counted for determining final order of merit.

Paper I - General Studies 2 Hours 100
Paper II - Aptitude 2 Hours 80

There are total 400 questions.
