Default Re: Job in good software company with less than 59% aggregate in final year

Most of the software company considers candidates having 60% marks in 10th, 12th and B. tech, but the only toppers gets jobs is very old concept so don't follow it, it is useless statement.

Many companies have minimum percentage criteria that the student should be throughout first division, means 60% from 10th to their final degree, but this criteria is not followed by all companies, so keep it in mind and study sincerely you will get job in MNC companies. MNC used to keep three to five round interviews that are as follows;

Self introduction round where you have to speak about yourself with detail and you can speak in English in neutral accent.
Aptitude test which will have some mixed Q&A
Theory writing skills (any topic HR executive may tell you to write)
Typing skills (for particular post), computer handling knowledge test
Technical test (only for tech position)
HR Interview round
