Here I am looking for the CBSE Xth Science Question paper, can you please provide me the same??

The date sheet for the Class X Board Examination for the session 2013-14 has been declared by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). According to the date sheet, the examination will begin from Saturday, 1 March 2014.

Short notes :
a) Carriage – It is located at the tope of the typewriter. It moves from left to right and vice versa.
The following parts are located on the carriage –

b) Portable Typewriter – Easily carried from one place to another – less noise, light – weight.
c) Cylinder – The black rubber roller in the carriage is called as cylinder or platen. It helps in rotating
the paper. It keeps the paper safe. The typed bass strike on it while typing.
d) Card holders – It keeps the thick paper/ card pressed to cylinder/platen. It helps in drawing
vertical and horizontal lines with the help of pen or pencil.

Why is CNG considered an environmental friendly fuel ?

Name the physical quantity which is same in all the resistors when they are connected in series

When a metal X is treated with cold water, it gives a basic salt Y with molecular formula XOH (Molecular mass = 40) and liberates a gas Z which easily catches fire. Identify X, Y, Z.

It is advised to pour acid into water rather than water to acid for the dilution of acids. Why ?

A student constructed a model of box type solar cooker. Instead of using glass sheet he used a transparent plastic sheet to cover the open face of the box. He found that this cooker does not function well. What could be the possible drawbacks in his model ? Explain the advantage of painting black the inner and outer surfaces of the cooker and that of cooking vessels.
