Delhi Technological University (DTU), sometimes referred to as DelTech, formerly known as Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), is a government university. It was established in 1941 as Delhi Polytechnic, and was under the control of the Government of India. It offers courses towards Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Engineering (M.E.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) Admission Eligibility: An applicant should possess a Masters degree in Engineering/Technology/ Sciences/Management/Humanities in respective discipline or equivalent with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) as determined by the Delhi Technological University and at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA at Bachelor’s degree Should not have attained an age of 50 yrs An employee of a Government Department/Government Undertaking, a Research/Development Organisation, a Public Sector Undertaking, an Educational Institution or a reputed private industry in Engineering & Technological manufacturing/ R&D/Services with a minimum relevant working experience of two years may be considered for admission Part-time applicants will be eligible under three categories: Candidates from organizations which have MoU with Delhi Technological University Organizations with R&D Labs of national repute Regular faculty/Teaching cum Research Fellow or Scientists from Educational Institutions, R&D organizations, and Govt.
