Any buddy, please provide me basic information about the Delhi technical University Lateral entry admission in B.Tech

The Delhi technical University gives Lateral entry admission in B.Tech to the applicant who has completed Diploma programmes in the respective subject area. The admission criterion is as following:

Eligibility:
To take Lateral entry admission in B.Tech in this university the applicant must have passed a State Diploma Examination of three years Duration in any branch or any other examination, recognized equivalent there to by the Delhi Technological University with a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST and 55% for OBC candidate).

im Uttar raj from tamil nadu (B.C Community) doing my final year diploma in mechanical engg and i have 85 percentage ..can i get admission for B.E mechanical lateral entry seat at DTU, DELHI ...Is my percentage is enough to get admission (i know 60 percentage only eligiable to apply) but i m asking 85 percent enough to get seat ???
