National Power Training Institute (NPTI) conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission in Post graduate diploma course in thermal power Plant engineering

Eligibility:
You must hold B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent degree in followings:
Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/Power/Control & Instrumentation Engineering

Selection Criteria for Admission:
Admission will be done on the basis of Merit list. Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Common Entrance Test (CET) result followed by counseling.

COURSE FEE:
-For non-sponsored candidates Rs.1, 80,000 (in 3 installments).
-For candidates sponsored from PSUs / Private Utilities Rs.2, 80,000/- lump sum at the time of admission.
-There is no fee concession for any category of candidates.

COURSE FEE FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS:
-SAARC Countries: US$ 11,000
-Other Countries: US$ 13,000

Online registration: Ist – 3rd Week of April
Last date of receipt of hard copy of application along with DD: Ist Week of May
Date & Time of PGDC CET: 2nd Week of June
Declaring result on Website: last Week of June
