According to me there are only three institutes that offer courses in religion in Colorado and they are:

There are some colleges in colorado which are religious and provide good higher studies. Some of these are:
Colorado Christian University
There are variety of undergraduate majors, including psychology, liberal arts, theology, biology, worship arts, youth ministry, music and pre-medicine studies in this university. Most programs are administered in traditional classroom settings, and some are even offered online.

Iliff School of Theology
This school offers eight graduate certificate programs, allowing students to take graduate courses without committing to a full degree program.
