The University of California Berkeley Transfer Student admission requirements & deadlines are follows:

Admission Requirements
The applicant should have following criteria for taking admission as Transfer students:

Complete 60 semester (90 quarter) units of transferable college credit with a GPA of at least 2.4 (2.8 if you're a nonresident)

Complete the following:
Two transferable college courses in English composition

One transferable college course in mathematical concepts and quantitative reasoning;

Four transferable college courses chosen from at least two of the following subject areas:
Arts and humanities
Social and Behavioral sciences
Physical and biological sciences

The applicant should have previous SAT, ACT scores.

The applicant should have previous college or Institute study transcript.

The Applicants should submit Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores, whose native language is non english.

The priority deadline for the Transfer Academic Update site is
Jan. 31, 2014

November 1-30

Winter quarter/spring semester
July 1-31

Spring quarter
October 1-31
