Default CBSE teacher eligibility test

In which month Teacher' Eligibility Test will be held by Central Board of Secondary Education? From where can I download previous year question paper of CBSE TET?

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted by Central Board for Secondary Education. In order to be eligible to teach classes I-VIII students are required to take up CTET entrance test.

CTET Eligibility Criteria
For becoming teacher of Classes I-V (Primary Classes), students must have passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 2-year diploma in Elementary Education

For becoming teacher of Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage) students must be a graduate and passed or appearing in 2-year diploma in Elementary Education.

The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) twice a year to determine the eligibility of candidates for appointment as teachers in Classes 1-8.

Eligibility:


Candidates should pass 10+2 with minimum 45 per cent aggregate marks in order to be qualified for appointment as a primary stage teacher

Candidates should clear graduation with minimum 45 per cent aggregate marks or 10+2 with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks in order to be qualified for appointment as an elementary stage teacher

Candidates should complete the prescribed teacher training programmes/teacher education courses
