 As per my knowledge there is only one course provides in Human Rights by Indira Gandhi national university which is Certificate in Human Rights (CHR). Here, I am giving the details of the Certificate in Human Rights (CHR) course. Certificate in Human Rights is an innovative Programme by IGNOU Objective of Programme is to sensitize and educate professionals about Human Rights issues and help them to understand Human rights. The Programme consist a Work Book which is designed for promoting sensitization through practice based learning in both Hindi and English Medium. Eligibility The Eligibility to join the programme is 10+2 or its equivalent or BPP from IGNOU. Course Duration: Minimum the duration of the course is 6 Month and Maximum is 2 years.
