IGNOU management prospectus

I want to do PhD in management from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University), so would you tell me from where can I download admission prospects for it?

According to my information the information Broucher will be available in the month of October/November , 2012 . The application forms will be submitted till November , 2012. And with late fee the forms will be submitted till second week of December, 2012. I have the prospectus of previous year and sharing the same with you.
