1. What is Rutgers' faculty-to-student ratio?
The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:14. At Rutgers, students interact with faculty in the classroom and laboratory and during office hours and off-hours. Our full-time faculty members are undergraduate academic advisers, mentors and research partners.

2. What is the average class size at Rutgers?
Most (64 percent) Rutgers undergraduate classes have 30 or fewer students, and fewer than 7 percent enroll more than 100 students.

1. When does the Rutgers online application become available?
Each year our Application for Undergraduate Admission is available by early September.

2. How long does it take for the Your Rutgers Status screen to show that my credentials have been received?
It can take three days to two weeks from the date you send credentials to us for confirmation of their receipt to appear on Your Rutgers Status screen. Time frames differ depending on the origin of the documents (e.g. from abroad) and whether the documents are submitted online or by post and electronically or on paper.
