To become a Pilot with a minimum qualification of completed Diploma.It is possible as you hold the value of completed +2 with being a Diploma graduate. The way by which you can join in as a Pilot is by writing the entrance exam and the exam which you need to write wih this qualification is the NDA Exam. Eligibility The candidate appearing for the exam must hae a citizenship in India The age limit needed for the exam is 16 1/2-19 years of age The candidate appearing should be a Unmarried male candidate. Girls are not allowed. Exam Pattern: The paper will be of Multiple Choice question with four options in which candidates have to choose the correct one. The paper will be including Mathematics as Part I and General Mental Ability as Part – II which consists of English and General Knowledge. There will be 120 questions of 300 marks in Part – I and 150 questions of 600 marks in Part II. 2.5 marks for each correct answer will be allotted for Mathematics and 4 marks for English and GK respectively. Syllabus; •Mathematics:- Algebra, Matrices & Determinants, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry of Two & Three Dimensions, Different Calculus, Integral Calculus & Different Equations, Vector Algebra and Statistics & Probability. •English: - The English paper will be designed to test students’ proficiency in the languages with verbal reasoning and usage of grammar. •General Knowledge: - The GK paper will include subjects like Physics, Chemistry, General Science, Social Studies, Geography and •Current Events. For all the mentioned subjects in the paper, the syllabus will be from 10+2 level. Dates; Notice Date:- 27-12-2014 Closing Date:- 23-01-2015 Exam Date:- 19th April 2015.
