The applicant should have follows:

Washington Semester Application
Official University Transcripts
Letter of Recommendation or Nomination from a member school
Proof of English Fluency:
As proof of English fluency, we accept the TOEFL, IELTS (International English Language Testing System), SAT's, or PTE (Pearson's Test of English)

Students meet the following scores:
Paper Based TOEFL: 550
Computer Based TOEFL: 213
Internet Based TOEFL: 80 (Minimum of 18 on Speaking & Listening)
IELTS: 6.5
SAT1-Verbal: 530
PTE: 59
