No right now the Uttar Pradesh Technical University does not publish the UPSEE Counselling Result, here is the counselling schedule: The UPSEE counselling will be started from 23rd July to 25th July 2013, so as far as my knowledge the UPSEE result will be publish in last week of August or Mid September 2013, so wait till then. You can get the UPSEE result from UPSEE website.
