Here I am giving you the eligibility for taking admission in Institution of engineers (India)

Candidate who is taking admission in Institution of engineers (India) should be of 17 years.

Candidate should be passed educational qualification from recognizes council as given in the Institution Examinations Rules (Volume I).

For Senior Technician Member should be of 18 years to be eligible.

For Senior Technician candidate should have an accredited diploma examination in engineering or technology or its equivalent as recognized by the Council or such other examination recognized by the Council as exempting from passing Section A (Non-diploma) Examination of the Institution.
