No doubt that milk is a key element as far as organic foods are concerned.
But I also came to know some sort of allergy that is caused by milk.

Is it true that milk is good for those who have hypertension? I remember grandmother who wouldn't drink milk because she says the calcium in it makes the heart palpitate.
