Hi All,
Some effective tips to lower high blood pressure:
Do exercise daily to reduce weight and manage stress. Monitor your blood pressure and eat whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products more in your diet plans. Reduce the amount of sodium in your diet plans and avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine.

Try doing some relaxing yoga poses, to calm you down. Remember, high blood pressure is caused by stress usually. Also, try to lie down and listen to some quiet music, not something that will excite you or anger you.

Aside from regular exercise and healthy eating. I also swallow a clove of garlic every morning. It definitely helps. If you are hypertensive, this might be something that you should consider.
