Hi All,
Aerobic exercises are also great for health and some benefits of aerobice exercises are:
Aerobic exercises helps in burning calories and results in weight loss. Aerobic exercises increase in total blood volume and makes heart strong. Aerobic exercises slower pulse rate and helps in more efficient breathing. Aerobic exercises lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
