The All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination is conducts for admission into MD/MS/Diploma and MDS Courses.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be an Indian citizen.

Candidates must have a MBBS Degree from any recognized University.

Exam Pattern
Duration: 3½ hours
Questions: 300 Multiple Choice Questions

Questions are from following topics:
Anatomy (15), Physiology (15), Biochemistry (15), Pharmacology (20), Pathology (25), Microbiology (20), Forensic Medicine (10) Social and Preventive Medicine (25), Medicine Dermatology and Venerelogy (37), Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics & Anesthesia (46), Pediatrics (15), Obstetrics and Gynecology (20), Radiodiagonosis and Radiotherapy (12), Biophysics (5), Ophthalmology (10), Psychiatry (10).

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test postgraduate (NEET PG) is a National Level Entrance examination conducted by NBE- National Board of Examinations to select candidates for admission to Postgraduate Medical Courses.


The previous year NEET PG question paper for preparation of the Examination is as follows:









Pattern of NEET PG

NEET PG will be a Computer Based Test (CBT), which will be conducted in online mode. The examination will be conducted in two sessions in a single day.
The Total number of questions will be 300.


NEET PG new Marking Scheme

Four marks will be given for every correct response (+4)
One mark will be deducted for every incorrect response (-1)
No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions
