MBA/JD in Law and Health Sector Management:-

The Master of Business Administration / Juris Doctor (MBA/JD) in Law and Health Sector Management is offered as a dual degree, administered jointly by the School of Law (LAW)

Eligibility:-

You must complete a 400-hour internship to gain practical experience

You would have also these

Online application
An official score on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) from the past five years (Note: the LSAT will not be accepted in lieu of the GMAT)
Two letters of recommendation
Three required essays

MBA Requirements

OB 712 Managing Organizations and People (4 cr) (Note: this course must be taken first, with ES 707)
ES 707 Managing Career Growth (1 cr) (Note: OB 712 and ES 707 are taught by the same professor and must be taken together)
AC 711 Financial Reporting and Control (4 cr)
MK 724 Marketing Management (4 cr) (Prereq: AC 711 must be taken before or concurrently)
QM 717 Data Analysis for Managerial Decision Making (4 cr) (Prereq: OB 712)
FE 722 Financial Management (4 cr) (Prereq: OB 712 and AC 711)
FE 730 Economics and Management Decisions (4 cr) (Prereq: OB 712; recommend QM 717)
OM 726 Creating Value Through Operations and Technology (4 cr) (Prereq: OB 712, AC 711, and QM 717; recommend MK 724 and FE 722)
IS 711 IT Strategies for a Networked Economy (4 cr) (Prereq: OB 712, AC 711, and QM 717)
SI 751 Competition, Innovation, and Strategy (4 cr) (Prereq: OB 712, AC 711, MK 724, and OM 726) We recommend that students take this in the Fall or Spring Semester.
Executive Communications (1 cr) One of the following courses will meet this requirement:
ES 700 Executive Presentations (1 cr) OR ES 701 Executive Written Communication (1 cr)
PL 700 Introduction to Business Law (2 cr)
