Wish to appear tyb.com direct from yashwantrao chavan open university?
I have failed s.y.b.com from Mumbai university and wish to appear t.y.b.com direct from yashwantrao chavan open university. Is it possible, and does that degree certificate recognized for government jobs?

Generally the university does not allow it. The candidate has to pass the all years of a program from the same university. And also you can not get the admission directly in third year before passing the second year.
