Functioning under the auspices of Nirma Education and Research Foundation (launched in 1994), the university currently admits of a top grade Institute of Technology (1995), a leading b-school Institute of Management (1996), an advanced Institute of Diploma Studies (1997), an approaching Institute of Pharmacy (2003), Institute of Science (2004) and emerging Institute of Law (2007).
The institute library facilitates the production and dissemination of cognition, information, penetrations & intellect in all fields of technology. At Nirma, it is an impression to facilitate production & dissemination of knowledge, information, incursions & mind in all communities. The Library at Institute of Management houses more than 25,000 volumes of books selectively selected for studying and mention. The library operates on a comfortable one-year budget of Rs. 75 lakhs and has over the past few years developed into an excellent b-school library. The library is also a sought after education land for library professionals to get exposure in several library technologies.
