When will the Bangalore University publish notification of PHD entrance exam 2012? In which braches the university offers this program? From where can I get the application form for applying for this exam? Which books will you suggest me for preparation of this exam?

The higher authorities of Bangalore University are not providing proper notifications about the courses offered in Phd as there are some kind of discrepancies going on between the higher authorities of Bangalore University.
