The Kashi Vidyapeeth relished a "deemed university" position from 1963 to 1974, adopting which it was raised to an engaged university status. The date of B.A 1st year Rashtra gaurav exam has been changed by the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth. Now, the exam will be held on 8-5-2012 and the timing will be 07.30 to 10.30.
